Audition Dates

Auditions will be held on:

Tuesday 16th September 2025 at 7.00pm at the theatre.
Thursday 18th September 2025 at 7.00pm at the theatre.

Rehearsals Dates

The rehearsal dates still remain to be confirmed due to overlapping performances. We are expecting them to be Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s starting w/c 27th October with some additional dates during early October. Further details will be made available during the auditions.

Performance Dates

10th – 13th December 2025 (curtain up 7:30pm)

Synopsis

The funniest and most magical Nativity you will ever see. A travelling troupe of two actors and an opera singer arrive by donkey to masterfully, movingly and miraculously enact the greatest story ever told. The troupe play a cast of thousands in a comedy that conjures up the sublime, the ridiculous and the truly angelic.

Character List

Maurice Rose – He’s read a lot of books and is now a ‘talented’ actor. Adult man.

Ronald Bream – Having an “existential crisis” whilst looking for work at the jobcentre when Maurice met him. Adult man.

Mrs Leonora Fflyte – Diva, passable ‘opera’ singer. A woman of few words but does get her own chair. Adult woman.
