At certain times during the year our theatre – along with its superb facilities – is available for hire. We regret that we are unable to commit to bookings/hire/rental with persons under the age of 18. Stage and Auditorium
Our Auditorium has a seating capacity of 104 standard seats or 101 plus access for a single wheelchair / mobility scooter.
The stage will be supplied in open stage form and ready for you to carry out any dressing required. It is fully supported by comprehensive lighting and sound systems. The stage has backstage dressing rooms.
Access to the auditorium is via double doors from the main theatre foyer. The entrance foyer also accommodates Toilets (including a disabled toilet) and access to the bar area.
Notes:
- Set, Costumes and Props – these items are the hirers responsibility.
Should you require assistance we may be able to help but, as we are a volunteer-run organisation, this cannot always be accommodated. - Sound and Lighting – if you require sound or lighting operators please let us know when booking so we can make arrangements.
Bar Area
The bar area offers a warm welcoming environment and comfortable seating and tables.
Music can be added to the ambiance through the central theatre sound system.
The bar is fully licenced and the lounge provides seating for 20 people and standing areas adjacent to the bar and in the entrance foyer.
We have provision for Wifi access to the internet – please ask.
There is wheelchair access to all areas of the bar and entrance foyer.
