A fantastic resource for Knutsford. Please check the website for details of upcoming events and come along.
Our first visit to Knutsford Little Theatre, and boy! Did this venue deliver! Seats are limited, but that means you're always going to be close to the stage! The show we saw, Together for Theatre's "Into the Spotlight", was fantastic, and it was clear that there were up to date lighting, sound and stage equipment available! We enjoyed a drink in their bar, and appreciated the service and assistance of staff whenever sought... I have mobility issues and found it easy to navigate. Parking is limited on the street, but there was a nearby car park in easy walking distance, even for me! I highly recommend this venue!
I do like smaller theatres, many of these rely on volunteers to keep them open, yet manage to put on big name acts and productions that would rival those seen in a larger theatre. The KLT is one of these gems, tucked away down a side street.Comfortable, a lovely size, excellent staff and a good range of drinks/snacks available at the licence bar.
This year's pantomime, The Snow Queen, opened to an almost full audience and did not disappoint. We had excellent seats on the first row of raised seating. The children, on stage, looked splendid in their outfits & were very enthusiastic with their singing and dancing. Great fun to watch. The Dame was typical. Hand & Knees were fun and I think Knees stole the show with his repartee with the audience👍☺️. The 'baddies' were 'booed' in panto fashion & all ended well. A fun evening enjoyed by allWell done Little Theatre Panto team👏👏👏👏👏👏.
Amazing theatre for its size. No such thing as a bad view, don't be about sitting at the back. And the bar is wonderfully amateurish, friendly and decently stocked but it's like all staff members are on their first night on the job 🤣
Little gem of a theatre - 100 odd seats perfectly proportioned space. The Panto in January is always a blast great value for a night out. The bar has fantastic prices and the does what it says on the tin a real community theatre. Get involved or go and enjoy a production there.
just home from this years panto, Robin Hood. Absolutely smashed it out of the ball park, all of you. Be proud, it was an awesome first night, opening show!!
We really enjoyed the play festival. Something for everyone from hilarious to harrowing and everything in between. Only sorry we could only vote for one!
Loot-brilliant production-don't miss it!
Loved Treasure Island tonight. Well done to the fab cast
Lovely little theatre that produces excellent productions well done.
Took my 7 and 10 year old daughters and their friends to a Saturday evening performance. Thought they might be hard to please but needn’t have worried, the show was fantastic and the girls were enthralled from start to finish. It was just what a proper panto should be and hugely entertaining for both adults and children - the entire audience were in fits of laughter throughout. The cast were truly engaging and my girls especially loved the audience participation. Forget your big theatre shows, we’ll definitely be coming back to this theatre!
Lovely theatre and great production of Jack and The Beanstalk. Highly recommended for families
On behalf of my daughter who watched Jack and the Beanstalk, 5* awarded! Best bits were when the giant woke up, when the prince went in the balloon and when the giants voice boomed from the clouds! A tonne of fun with friends and highly recommended for a late night weekend treat to cheer up January! Well done to everyone involved
What a brilliant pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk was. A great family show!
Went to see The Cat and the Canary this week, thoroughly enjoyed it! The actors were all top notch, the bar prices very reasonable, and all the staff very attentive. Fab show and fab little theatre!
Love this cosy and intimate venue and it's tiered seating. Despite its size I have seen some great full scale musical productions here.
My self and 2 daughters really enjoyed watching Bugsy Malone yesterday afternoon. An amazing show for all ages and a great venue.
Just wonderful! A must see. Everything perfect: acting, staging, lighting, music, costume.
We have had a good afternoon Ali Baba was fantastic and it was my first time in the theatre and I am looking forward to the next performance
Went to the panto with my 9yr old daughter Orla last night (Fri 20th Jan) we both had an amazing time, loved the show from beginning to end, a great production, we will be back, oh yes we will !! Dj Pete Deane-Cheshire-Discos.
We had a lovely family outing to see Ali Baba and some thieves last night. Our first visit to this friendly little theatre. The performance was such fun with some great humour and lovely singing (especially the audience participation!) The closing song sang by the entire cast was great. It was good to see a diverse age group together on the stage. I am sure we will be back for more entertainment in the future now we have found this little treasure of a theatre - well done everyone
Good fun and great value for money, the cast have worked really hard well done all of you x
