Angie Palmer

“a singer-songwriter of considerable talent.”  Manchester Evening News.

“with her fifth album; Folk music has finally caught up with Angie Palmer as Mumford and Sons, Ed Sheeran, Noah and the Whale combine the best in Americana with traditional British Folk music to create what is thought of a ‘modern commercial sound,’ but is exactly what Angie Palmer has been doing for the last 10 years”. *****Maverick/No Depression.

“conjures a fragile, dreamily beautiful, exotic soundscape that can’t fail to melt your eardrums time and again.” Netrythms.

This is more than simply another pleasant modern country release. It’s a showcase for Palmer’s writing and playing that leaves the listener wanting more.   ****Country Update.

Angie consistently delivers quality with a capital Q. So it is the case here again and I for one am delighted to add this to both my broadcast playlist cannon and my personal collection. ****Blues Matters

“A real ElectricGhost favourite. Brilliant and highly recommended”. Electric Ghost.

Lancashire’s Angie Palmer is one of the best kept UK singer/songwriter secrets. Despite the likes of Bob Harris championing her and a slew of fine releases she steadfastly remains just slightly under the radar. A pity really as she’s one of our most literate songwriters and capable of delivering songs that wouldn’t be out of place in Joni Mitchell’s oeuvre. Blabber and Smoke.

“ Palmer goes from strength to strength” ****Q Magazine.
