Synopsis

Based on the Hans Christian Anderson fable, The Snow Queen follows the story of Karl and Heidi as they battle against the evil Snow Queen. Throw in a couple of Granny Strudel’s helpers and we are all set for fun. But will the Snow Queen’s henchmen spoil the day? Where exactly where does a Yeti fit into the story? Come to Knutsford Little Theatre to see how the story unfolds.

The key principals named above appear throughout the pantomime and will need to have good singing voices. The other named parts appear in fewer scenes and do not have solos or duets. There are speaking parts for all the chorus and those auditioning for the chorus will need to be able to sing.

Rehearsals Information:

Rehearsals are typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings but a full rehearsal schedule will be released before the auditions. Before you audition, please ensure that you are available for all the performances. You are not expected to learn the audition pieces, but please be familiar with the part you are auditioning for.
